I feel a little concerned about this massive size disadvantage Johnson will have over Almabaev, it will be as if Asu is fighting a guy 1 or 2 weight classes above him. 

That said, not only has everyone taken Jose down -  Anheliger (who is not a great wrestler) still took him down plenty, which is something that should not be happening

How's can a 6'0" tall person even make fly weight????

Garrett looked very good in his two fights at BW that werent short notice Brady is the BW equivalent to Chiesa if you can stop him from getting top control you should be able to finish him this is easier then the katona fight

another freebie for Asu here jose only has a height and reach advantage going for him here and none of that matters when your on your back struggling to get back up Asu is taking jose down and when jose scrambles to get up Asu will get the back and get the choke

If there ever was a prime example that the UFC could not give two ****s about fair matchmaking, this is it. This is foul.

Where to begin?

Wilson is a very frustrating fighter to watch. He has the distinct and very rare advantage of being a bladed southpaw, but does absolutely NOTHING with it. No darting footwork, no lateral footwork, no feints, barely any kicks and has no control of range. As a result, when he loses, he often gets starched with rear hands. I’ve met sex workers in the Japanese red district who have taken less shots to the face than Westin Wilson, and they probably got paid three times his salary. He is competent off his back, but on the feet, he is absolutely worthless.

Jeka, on the other hand, is a mixed bag. His fight IQ wobbles from genuinely creative (such as using a spinning back-fist while exiting a clinch, love that move) to borderline special needs (his entire fight with Anshul Jubli) but he still retains very heavy hands and that’s really all you need to beat Wilson. If there’s one thing I can be semi-optimistic about, it’s that Jeka tends to lose by submission and Westin has almost never gone the distance, win or lose, and it’s always wins by submission. So, if you squint really hard, and the stars align, and Jesus comes back from the dead to gaslight Catholics by telling them Mormonism was the right choice, then maybe Wilson can surprise us. But probably not.
