Why is Ilia Topuria not in Featherweight ranking?
He competes in FW, he is ranked #15 in oficial UFC ranking, he is focused in FW (Even though his lasat fight was in Lightweight).
If he was competing in both weight divisions actively, and ranked in top 15 UFC in both divisions, he wouldn't be in Tapology rankings for both divisions?

I have no idea why they do it this way, but for some reason Tapology completely removes a fighter as an option when building your rankings if they have recently competed at any other weight. For example, when Khamzat fought Holland at catchweight, they removed him from the WW rankings entirely.
It makes no sense, especially in a sport where athletes like Khamzat and Andrade have made a habit of moving between weight classes. It makes even less sense for a champ-champ fight. Volk is literally still the FW champion, but he is no longer eligible for the rankings because of the indefensibly stupid way that the rankings work on this site.
